Hub World Travel announces the Better World Fund. It's official! The Hub World Travel "Better World Fund" is launched! We celebrated this watershed occasion with a waterfalls hike in the beautiful Columbia Gorge. After an overcast start to the day the clouds gave way to clear skies, affording panoramic views of the Columbia River and the Gorge.
Our loop hike took us up the Wahkeena Falls Trail, with its many cascades tumbling past towering trees and fern-covered canyon walls. We returned via the Gorge's signature Multnomah Falls, with a stop at the top to peer down on the scene below. Then we headed to the historic Multnomah Falls lodge for a delicious and well-earned brunch.
